FLORAL DESIGN SERVICES

Your wedding is a moment in time – the weather, the season, the growers, the blooms – and that’s why no two Feverfew designs are ever the same.

The season may determine the ingredients, but you bring the story, and together we build an entire world around it.

From blousy bouquets and sweetly scented buttonholes to abundant natural wedding flowers and immersive installations, every design begins with nature’s character: juicy cosmos, wafty sweetpeas, wild textures, organic shapes, and varieties chosen for their rarity and romance. We let them all have their say; there is no hierarchy here, only beauty in all its forms.

Feverfew is for those wanting a considered, bespoke approach to flowers, where no creation is ever the same.

NATURAL WEDDING FLOWERS

Everything we create is a collaboration and conversation between friends, in natural wedding flowers.

We prioritise British-grown flowers – the unusual options, the characterful pieces, the fleeting beauties that grace the season for a brief spell – always designing in response to what’s blooming that week.

We collaborate closely with local growers throughout spring, summer, and autumn, choosing ingredients with care and designing completely foam-free to keep our impact low. After the day, the flowers don’t simply disappear – we re-arrange them into take-home bouquets so your guests can enjoy them all over again.

Our work begins with the season itself.

OUR ETHOS

SUSTAINABILITY & SEASONALITY

— Sarah & George

From day one, your professionalism, impeccable eye for detail and absolute kindness; it was a JOY to be your client."

"From colours, table scaping, bringing a vision to life - Nat is the DREAM...

what our beloved clients are saying

Creativity that stretches, surprises, and elevates

British-grown, seasonal ingredients whenever the season allows

Florals that make people forget about their phones

Wild in spirit, refined in detail

A team that works with skill, humour, and genuine camaraderie

Spaces transformed through colour, texture, and a little floral theatre

YOU DON’T JUST SEE A FEVERFEW WEDDING, YOU FEEL IT.

Sustainable choices woven through every stage, from sourcing to setup

Eight weeks out, we regroup to confirm timings and final designs. Behind the scenes, we’re ordering from our British growers, hunting down unusual varieties, and even growing something special if the design calls for it. You’ll receive a full itinerary and your final invoice at this point.

SOURCING THE INGREDIENTS

Once you’re booked in, we expand your proposal, refine each design, and – if needed – visit your venue to plan installations in situ. Your conversations, references, and in-jokes… they all find their way into the design somehow, becoming part of the story we’re building.

PLANNING & REFINING

After the call, we create your proposal: a moodboard, palette, floral ideas, and a clear itemised quote. You don’t need the perfect vision – that’s where we come in. We take the fragments, the feelings, the references, and turn them into something truly bespoke.

YOUR BESPOKE PROPOSAL

Once you enquire, we’ll book a relaxed video call to talk through your day; the vision, the vibe, the wish list, the half-formed ideas. This is where we get to know you, ask lots of questions, and start shaping the brief together.

We arrive early, hand-deliver bouquets and buttonholes, and then begin creating in situ. This is where everything comes together – the last little tucks, nudges, and petal flexes that make a space feel transformed. When the room sings, we know it’s ready.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

The week of your wedding, the studio fills with buckets of seasonal treasures. We build anything that needs advance work, tweak recipes, prep mechanics, and pack our kit. There are lists, playlists, snacks, and a whole lot of creative obsessing to get every detail right.

EVERYTHING YOU’RE WONDERING

frequently asked questions

(and a few things you didn't know to ask)

01. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Our studio is in Wiltshire, and most of our weddings take place in Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and across the Cotswolds.

We also happily travel across the UK – and into Europe – for the right celebration. If you’re planning something further afield, we’d love to hear more.

02. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

Most couples get in touch around a year out, which gives us plenty of time to design something considered and bespoke.

That said, we love the energy of a shorter lead time and always welcome last-minute enquiries; the only limit is our capacity. We close the books once we know we can give every couple the time, care, and creative headspace they deserve.

We never take on two weddings in a day. If your date is already booked, we’ll happily recommend floral friends whose style aligns with ours.

03. HOW DOES THE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORK?

After your initial enquiry, we’ll book a video call to dig into your plans: the mood, the spaces, the feeling you want your guests to walk into.

From there, we’ll create your bespoke design proposal, complete with initial ideas, a moodboard, and an estimated investment. If your designs call for it, we’ll also arrange a site visit before creating your full floral proposal with sketches and detailed mock-ups.

A 25% booking fee secures your date; the remaining balance is due eight weeks before the wedding.

04. DO WE NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING FOR THE CONSULTATION?

It’s helpful if you’ve considered your ideal budget and which parts of the day matter most; that way, we can guide you towards the most impactful designs.

If you have any reference images or a Pinterest board, feel free to share them beforehand. And if you’re still early in the planning stages, don’t worry – we can develop the vision together.

05. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, for 2025/26 our minimum spend is £3,500.

This allows us to design the abundant, flower-forward work you’ll see in our portfolio, using seasonal British-grown ingredients and offering the level of service, care, and detail our couples book us for.

(We are not VAT registered.)

06. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SPEND LOOK LIKE?

Using our £3,500 minimum as an example, you can expect something along the lines of:

  • Personal flowers (bouquets and buttonholes)
  • A statement ceremony piece, such as a broken arch or a pair of large urns
  • Or floral meadows lining the aisle at every other seat
  • An abundance of bud vases as table flowers for up to 100 guests
  • Delivery, installation, staffing, and clear-down included

Every proposal is bespoke, but this gives a helpful sense of scale.

07. DO YOU HAVE A PRICELIST?

Because every wedding is a bespoke design service, we don’t work from a set price list, but we can give you a clear guide during your consultation.

Flower costs vary depending on three things: the ingredients you love (and how abundant you want them), the scale and complexity of the designs, and the logistics involved in bringing it all to life. Once we know your vision, we can price it with total transparency.

08. ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

None. Ever.

All proposals are itemised so you can see exactly where your floral investment is going. And because we’re not VAT registered, the number you see is the number you pay.

09. DO YOU PROVIDE VASES AND CANDLES, ETC.?

Our studio shelves are lined with carefully chosen vessels: delicate glass bud vases, gleaming brass pieces, antique stoneware jars, and modern ceramics that frame flowers beautifully. Bouquets and buttonholes are finished with the softest hand-dyed silk ribbons, matched to the perfect shade.

And because the details matter just as much as the flowers, we’re always here to advise on tableware, linens, crockery, and candles, the elements that pull a tablescape together and make the whole scene feel effortlessly cohesive.

10. DO YOU MANAGE THE SET UP AND CLEAR DOWN?

Absolutely! On the day, we’re there for far more than bouquets and buttonholes – we’re installing arches, building meadows, finessing table flowers, and making sure every last detail looks exactly as it should. It’s not unusual for us to be on-site for eight hours (or more), bringing your floral world to life.

We return the following day to break everything down with the same care we set it up, and we always create take-home posies for friends and family, because beauty should never go to waste.

Nat really listened to my vision, respected and encouraged my ideas, and brought them to life EXACTLY how I imagined it and so so much more."
