This Kin House wedding was all about colour in layers: not just pink, but dusky blush, richer berry tones, flashes of magenta, and tiny hints of pale yellow threaded all the way through. Sioned was clear from the start that she didn’t want the flowers to sit in a single shade, so we built the design around depth and contrast, with dahlias and roses carrying the structure and softer, fluttering ingredients adding lightness.
Rubenza cosmos, feverfew daisies (Sioned’s favourite), scabiosa, phlox, snapdragons and annabel hydrangea were tucked into everything – bouquets, bud vases and installations – creating that relaxed, outside-in garden party vibe they loved. A special favourite was the simple white cake surrounded by a wild meadow at its base, and the ceremony itself, led by Tom’s grandad, made the whole day feel really special and incredibly personal.
