Wedding FAQ’s
-
The studio is based in Wiltshire and I predominantly work in Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire & across The Cotswolds.
I am happy to travel & flower across the UK and into Europe, so if you’re planning your wedding further afield please do get in touch.

Most couples will enquire around a year out from their wedding day, giving us plenty of time to create a bespoke floral package for their day. Generally speaking, I don’t accept bookings for more than 18 months in advance.
I love the excitement of working to a shorter timeline and welcome enquiries on a shorter lead time. That being said, my diary for the year will close when I feel I am at capacity. This is to ensure I have the time to dedicate to my couples and their wedding.
I never take on two weddings on the same day, so if I am already booked when you enquire I will be happy to offer suggestions of floral pals within the industry who create work in a similar style to mine.
-
Following your initial enquiry, I’ll be in touch to schedule a call to discuss your day in further detail. This video call will tease through the designs required and the look & feel of your flowers.
Following this chat, I’ll send over a bespoke floral design proposal which contains initial ideas, moodboards and a cost estimate.
Once a booking has been secured and following a site visit (if required) I then create a detailed floral proposal, include design mock-ups.
If you’d like to go ahead and book, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your wedding day.
-
Before your call, I would suggest you have a think about your ideal budget and the most important parts of your day. I can then make suggestions of designs which will maximise your budget and give you floral coverage in impactful areas.
Ideally in advance of our consultation call you’d have sent through some reference images or a link to your Pinterest board, too.
That being said, if your planning is still in the early stages this isn’t a problem, we can discuss all the details together.

Yes, the minimum spend for 25/26 is £4,000.
This is to ensure that the designs I create for your wedding are reflective of the flower-heavy work you’ll see in my portfolio, as well as my commitment to using locally grown flowers. The minimum spend is also reflective of the service, care and attention that I dedicate to each couple.
Please note, we are not VAT registered.

Taking our minimum spend of £4,000, a budget of this amount would entail the following design pieces;
Personal flowers including bouquets & buttonholes.
A statement floral piece for your ceremony, such as a broken Arch or a pair of Urns.
Alternatively, an aisle of floral meadows at every other seat.
An abundance of bud vases as table centres for 100 guests.
Delivery, installation, staffing & clear down.
-
Each wedding is a bespoke design service, so whilst we don’t have a price list we can give you a rough guide during the consultation process.
There are many variables that affect the price of wedding flowers. Firstly the type and abundance of blooms you’d like, secondly the complexity and volume of the designs required and finally the logistical requirements of set up and take down.

No, none at all. All of my quotes are fully itemised so you can clearly see your floral investment.
I am not VAT registered so there is no VAT in addition to the quote.
-
Yes, absolutely. On your wedding day, our service goes beyond just handing over your bouquets and buttonholes. We will be creating large installation pieces and placing your table florals, on average we’ll be at your venue for approximately 6 hours and won’t leave until every last detail is perfect.
At the agreed time, we’ll return the following day to break down your installations and clear everything away, creating take home posies for your friends & family.
