Georgia and Ryan’s late-July wedding at Kin House was driven by colour from the very first conversation; specifically, finding the exact right shade of buttery yellow to mirror the beautifully pale bridesmaids' dresses. Paired with lilac, soft pink and warm creams, the palette felt modern and elevated, but still relaxed and garden-led, just as Georgia had envisioned.
Working entirely with British-grown flowers, we filled the day with Californian poppies, cosmos, lilac sweet peas and scabiosa across the ceremony, tables and bouquets. One of my favourite details was the bridesmaids’ single-variety bouquets – from daisies and cosmos to dahlias and stocks – each chosen to suit their personality. In the Kilvert Hall, meadow-style ikebana bowls sat alongside bud vases for a relaxed, garden-led feel, with sweet peas emerging as the unexpected hero.
